If we’re thinking that this would be like a major sports trade, where the player moves to their new team and doesn’t play for their former team anymore my answer will be different. But if such character can still exist in both universes I would go for Doctor Doom as I mentioned in the Official Off Topic Thread. The reasons is that I consider Victor a thread that can mess you up with magic and technology. He’s also a sovereign ruler. But as the premise mentioned no supporting cast, I wonder if he would conquer a DC country like Markovia.

I think She-Hulk would work, I mean it did almost happen with the first Marvel DC crossover. Her being a superhero lawyer be very interesting to see in a world that has had superheroes since WWII, and also where,most heroes don't kill and don't work for the government. I think she would also have more potential power wise as I think she can and should,never be stronger than Hulke. But in DC she would have a lot more room to grow, maybe even gain ties to the Strong Force allowing her to even surpass people like Superman. Not to mention all the great relationship potential I can just Imagine her dating Guy Gardner. I think she should be more of a comedic character like in Byrne's run.

^^I still think that Doctor Doom and Lex Luthor are neck and neck for greatest villain of all time, leaning towards Doom. The idea,of a criminal,who has diplomatic immunity still blows my mind with how genius that is.
