Personally think Tim should be with Spoiler so I guess Conner.

Have you read the story where she dated tim? Because if you have you'll know that Cassie and tim only happened because she was using him to get over conner's death. It was also the same reason why she befriended Supergirl though she did become actual friends with her later on. Considering all that, I think there is only one real option left.

I feel like Tim has enough going on in his love life, with his ex gf being waaaayyy too overly excited to meet his new bf. I’m glad she wants to be a good friend and ally, but in any relationship, meeting the new significant other can be complicated.

I liked Connor and Cassie. I also always liked Connor’s attempts to flirt with Cassandra (Cain) and, if they aren’t up for writing Connor and Cassie together again yet, I’d be open to seeing how that might go…?
