Richard Dragon should be on the list. It’s hard to compare him to Ben, because Ben was a supporting character to Dragon and always getting sidelined by injuries. However, Ben was arguably less composed than Dragon. Shiva, on the other hand, was arguably the best of the three. She claimed her speciality was blades.

Dragon was a stalemate with Batman in a brief scuffle, but that was in the Haneyverse, so take that as you will, but it was edited by O’Neil which gives it a little more credibility.

^^^I was thinking about karate kid as well but he's from the future, he knows all the moves and fighting styles that exist in the present and many more that don't yet. It doesn't feels fair to include him.
