These are all characters I’ve never read a comic for/about. Gonna go with Green Arrow.

Black Canary's story arc was pretty interesting. She was originally from earth-two and moved to earth-one after her husband died and there she joined the JLA but that was all pre-crisis, on new earth she has an entirely different story.

Batman, Superman and wonder woman's "character arcs" have changed so many times that I can't even pick one of them objectively.

Personally, I think earth-two batman had the best story arc out of all of his versions; for superman it would be between earth-one and post infinite crisis and for wonder woman it was post-crisis new earth.
