This exhibition, which started in 2017 and toured the world, is now in my home town so I can't not go:

It was a gorgeous exhibition about DC properties. The key attraction for most people were the original movie props and costumes - all the Bat- and Supersuits, the Batpod, Joker's suits from Batman 89 and TDK.
They had preliminary character designs, storyboards, models, of all the recent movies.
But it didn't just end with movies. They had character designs, storyboards and cells from Batman: The Animated Series, Super Friends and Fleischer. And what most people walked straight by: original art by so many greats, including the mockup covers. Kirby, Wood, Hasen. Peter, Cooke, Ross, Nowlan, Adams, Kane, Gibbons, Lee and many more. It was really cool seeing the inked pencils with the titles, word balloons and taglines glued on.
I made a ton of photos and will probably do a bit of a photo dump soon.
