Well I don't know man there's a ton of shows out there, and most that come to mind are ones I'd put above The Flash in terms of overall quality, character work, and story. I also wouldn't compare Animated to Live Action regularly, it's funky apples to pure oranges, but if you really want me to, I guess the best DC Show that comes to mind would be the Justice League Animated Series, or The Batman, or Batman The Animated Series... Young Justice, Harley Quinn, Teen Titans, and let's throw Batman Beyond in there too. And if you want to get a little more fair by comparing The Flash to other LA DC Shows, there's not a lot to work with but I would say I enjoyed Gotham a fair ton more than I did any single episode of this show. But again it's all opinions here, I don't hate The Flash I just don't think it's very good but I don't really have a problem with people who like it
