It'd be hilarious if she had really bad accents like Wanda and Pietro from Age of Ultron

Overgirl was not German. Just a Nazi. Red Daughter did have an accent, and she did good at it for the time it was for. Melissa Benoist is quite good at it. Not that Elizabeth Olsen and Aaron Johnson weren't, but they also were given a fictional place's accent.
