I think Superman and Lois is the best design but Smallville also had a very interesting look.

Yeah, the armored form was their Doomsday tease the showrunner tried gaslighting everyone on.

As for the absolute best Bizarro look, I would say Supergirl. Overall just was better with the cracked and pale zombie like skin. Even personality wise just felt more like Bizarro.
