Easily Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen and it’s not even about what’s been going on offscreen. Arrowverse Barry has just been much better developed because for starters he actually had a great deal of development before he joined a wider team of heroes. The DCEU just threw him into the justice league without any individual storylines or development to go on.

Also let's not forget about Ezra Miller...
