In dark crisis pariah attempts to bring back the pre crisis multiverse but he shouldn’t have to do this as the events of convergence made it so the pre crisis multiverse was never destroyed.
I don't think that convergence made it so that the pre-crisis multiverse survived but just that certain parts of it survived. And those were the domed cities we saw in the event.
