It's not really "peak". It just describes someone who is in very good shape. Most heroes would be.

It's really one of those annoying relics of power listing. Mentioning it doesn't actually add anything useful and it's neither a power nor an ability.

I know what you’re try to say. Basically just who’s in really incredible shape and capable of traversing and terrain and fighting just about any human foe easily better than 99.9% of people in the world. So I’d say the rest of the Arrow family, Wildcat, the Manhunters, Sandman, Doctor Mid-Night, all Mister Terrifics, all the Vigilantes, all the Peacemakers, all the Blue Beetles(even though Ted is probably out of shape once in a while, and Jamie might not be as well trained do you his Scarb, so maybe really just Dan Garret), Shinning Knight, Stripesy, the Rocket Reds, probably all the Green Lanterns without their rings or at least most, Nemesis, Turantua, Jonah Hex. There’s definitely more I’m missing.
