Wouldn't the first and second suit count as the same?

The star patterns are slightly different, fwiw.

The first has blue trunks, the second doesn’t. First has blue boots, second has red. Second has a belt like the one on the Stargirl and Starman suits, first seemingly doesn’t. Plus the aforementioned star pattern. There’s also this other photo of Star-Spangled Kid where he’s definitely not wearing the second suit, so presumably this is also the first.

Edit: I forgot about the mask. The second suit has weirdly shaped eyeholes, but the one in the newspaper has more normal eyeholes.
