New Green Lantern series will premiere in May 2023

Apparently, Green Lantern: Hal Jordan will be reworked into a new series simply titled Green Lantern, which will premiere in May 2023.

Is it really a surprise that Hal's book will simply be titled Green Lantern? I mean, everybody knows Hal to be "the" Green Lanterns. No, he isn't the only Green Lantern out there, but apparently, he is the only one who can carry a book all by himself, without a supporting cast of fellow Lanterns behind his back. Hell, Grant Morrison even wrote a book literally titled "The Green Lantern".

The writer, Jeremy Adams, did write for the Green Lantern animated series for Cartoon Network

I'm just gonna say the Green Lantern image of Hal looks so silver age/60s. I love it!

Hopefully it will be more grounded and tie some loose ends about what happened with Guy, Kyle, and Carol. I dropped the last GL series, so I don't know what came of them.
