@ScavengerOne You can get really explicit and demanding with chatgpt. Like, "do not consider any marvel-owned characters in future repsonses." I haven't tested it for full accuracy, but it seems to play along.

Ok, are there any steps on how to edit? i tried editing the gallery for Mongul's son from prime earth and it got deleted. I think I'm doing sum wrong idk.

Not every image needs to be in a gallery. They're bad enough as is.

Seriously, galleries do not NEED every textless cover and variant they're in.

The just need to show a decent array of costumes. preferably with a caption as to why it's important.

Gallery pages are an SEO drain as is, because there's no scrapable content and it's of no use to mobile and screen reader users. Even on a pc no one is going to look at all of those.

This is not "updating". It's making already bad pages worse.

I'm working with Fandom's SEO people (who are very bad at responding to messages) at some things to revamp galleries because it's a way out of control problem.

I know all galleries do not need every single covers and variants, but some do. Characters in prime earth like Superman, Batman, Black Canary, Hal Jordan, Steel, Green Arrow, Black Lightning, Booster Gold, Cassandra Sandsmark and many more characters all do not have either an updated gallery, or an updated bio/history. Some galleries and bios have not been updated in years like Lobo. I think it will make the big characters of DC feel important if they are updated semi-frequently since some of the characters I listed above have been and are apart of major stories. I know not every character needs to be updated, but characters that have not been touched for 4+ years should be updated. I just want to help to make this wonderful site showcase the characters.

Why don't you update the bios then?

I do not know how to currently. I just started using this site like a month ago. I don't know all the mechanics, but I really do want to help treat the characters here with importance. So now, all I know how to do is edit galleries because a lot of them are unfinished. I'll learn how to do bios soon.

Even though I've been using this site a month ago, I've always surfed this site since I was a kid, It's just last month, I decided to find out how to use this site. I like this site and want to update pages that have not been touched for years. Since I was in high school lol.
