Scott Snyder’s Court of the Owls New 52 book is one of my favorite Batman stories

They have yet to beat the version originally introduced in the comics. Though from this list I can’t deny they did them fine enough in Gotham. Honorable mention to Harley Quinn for being funny

Gotham tv owls was my first introduction to them they were creepy but the shows talons were considerably weak
