I want a detective chimp tv series like so bad. Have him solve the most complex mysteries that lead him to discover rather obscure DC villains behind it all. It would be so raw

No teen dramas, okay? I still have PTSD about Smallville.

I hate excessive relationship drama anyway.

What was the problem with smallville?

Without giving too much away, in almost every episode of Smallville, Clark either...

• has a fight with a friend or a loved one, mostly Lex or Lana

• gets exposed to Kryptonite or

• loses his powers

Also, in season 4, Lana gets possessed by the spirit of a French witch with kung fu powers. I'm not making this up, okay? This actually happens.

With all due respect, that sounds kinda beast holy shit

Season 4, apart from a few storylines, felt like a huge waste of time. It's like the writers and the showrunners wanted to see how long they could drag out a season in which nothing of importance happens.
