This one is much more sophisticated than Batman’s. Lex is less clearly at the top because he doesn’t have as many iconic storylines about their rivalry. Lex lacks a killer joke and hasn’t even killed or crippled a close member of the Superman family. Furthermore, with Clark’s villains it’s more spread out. One destroyed his planet, one killed him, one hates him for his earth life and one hates him for his Krypton life he never had but symbolizes.
