What do you mean first DC animated series? It does look cool.

My only fear is how involved Bruce Timm is going to be. Far as I'm concerned, dude's proven over the last decade or so that he needs a good, sound team to rein him in and develop his ideas into something worthwhile. Brubaker being involved gives me some hope, but no Dini or Burnett definitely makes me cautious.

Take a look at comics sales figures, or retailer orders. The sad fact is that Bruce Wayne is carrying DC Comics. At least this one has an actual crime writer (Ed Brubaker) involved. I’m optimistic. But then I much prefer Timm’s style to any anime style.

If they can just keep any and all Robins away I’ll be happy.

Okay, seriously, what do people have against Timm? I thought people worshipped the ground he walks on.

Honestly, I’ve seen the trailer, and I’ve absolutely just loved it.

@Jstewart2007 DC animated series is the first on Amazon Prime Video, like it was supposed to end up on Cartoon Network and MAX (formerly HBO MAX) until it brought by Amazon, it’s a shame for me that I can’t watch Batman: Caped Crusader on Prime Video, because I don’t have one like being a membership/subscribe.
