Wade Eiling hates superheroes as much as Amanda Waller does, so why isn't he involved of her campaign or a member of the Bureau of Sovereignty?
I think the writers just forgot about him. Making stories about Eiling is difficult since he's basically a poor man's Thunderbolt Ross.
