Why is everyone kept saying “It will fail”????
I don’t think it’s going to!
It will be Success!

No problem. You should come by the DCU wiki some time. I'm the thread moderator.
I'm actually here quite a lot, but I don't have much to contribute to actually help with editing the wiki since I don't own much in the of source material aside from one or two comics, but nothing much.
This movie is not going to fail, James Gunn said that David Corenswet will blow everyone's mind away.
@Leader Vladimir I wasn’t talking about the Joker 2, I was talking about the DCU!!
Joker 3
It's the larger principle that matters. You'd be surprised by how many people expected or even hoped the DCEU would tank back when Man of Steel was first announced.
DCEU has failed!!!
Now the DCU won’t fail!! It will Success!! You have to believe me!!
I’m so sick and tired of people thinking about DCU might fail!! But they don’t know that!
I want the DCU to be success just like MCU!!
Lots of people want the DCU to be successful, but just because we want it to be successful doesn't mean it will. My personal hope for the new DCU is that it reunites the DC fandom to some extent, which is easier said than done because, apparently, hating on DC is more popular than loving it. Some fans, whether of the comics or of previous adaptations, are unwilling to find a way to enjoy the new DCU or fit this new franchise into their personal canon.
The duty of saving DC falls on the shoulders of both creators and fans. We can talk about creators all we want, but also need to start looking for bridges between what has come before and what is unfolding now. No matter what happens in a movie or a TV show, if the angry fans aren't willing to come in with a positive attitude, willing to suspend disbelief, and earnestly enjoy the new DCU, then no amount of good storytelling will bring them along.
The new DCU is an attempt by DC to extend an olive branch to the disenfranchised fans. The whole reason as to why the DCEU ended is because, financially and culturally, it wasn't working out. Fans of Zack Snyder can complain all the way but the box office returns speak for themselves, and that's why I genuinely believe that a fresh start is the right decision. This won't be an easy task, but if done well, it could do a lot to help open minds so that DC has a chance of being received more positively by those who are most vocally criticizing it today.
Okay, I’m sorry I was confused and misunderstanding
What do you think?
