Reign of the Superman:

Dude this movie was fuckin awesome.

Lex Luthor creating a Superman clone out of spite was very Lex Luthor, and it was my only other Lex Luthor experience, (only had seen him in BvS, and I liked Jesse’s performance but this Lex was also really good)

John/Steel was cool, and def one of my favorites. Eradicator was weird, but seeing his purpose at the end of the film was pretty cool. Cyborg Superman was a great villain in his way that he wanted to do what he wanted to do, and get out of Darkseid thumb, which he did. The way Superman was brought back was good, and I have a feeling that it had good comic accuracy, (I’m not at all sure, but just the vibe I was getting yk) overall 9/10 movie.

Now Batman: Hush.

This one was good.

While I’m somewhat aware of the fact that hush and riddler are different people, I didn’t know anything else except that, so I won’t be comparing the comic.

It was a good movie. Gave us some stuff about Batman’s rouges gallery, and Bruce and Selina bonding was sweet.

But oddly enough I don’t have much to say. It felt like it could have been more, but it wasn’t. Bruce trying to be a better friend to Thomas was very interesting to watch, except that before he could try he to do anything, Thomas died. It was very fun seeing Batman do his detective shit, and Catwoman fighting alongside nightwing. Damien was funny as usual. Batgirl was introduced, but not really anything happened with her

8/10. Felt like it could’ve done more.

Anyways, we got 2 left, Wonder Woman bloodlines and Justice league dark apokolips doohickey war crimes :D

Then we’ll move onto the tomorrowverse, which I still need to rent all those of course.
