The Suicide Squad’s the best film in the franchise. Only one that isn’t bad or just ‘meh’. It’s actually great.

@Fanfic Nick I liked it. I thought it was fun, and not as generic as a lot of superhero movies wind up feeling. I also don't especially care about the unfaithful adaptation of Cassandra Cain, which seems to be the most common complaint about it.

I did think it was oddly similar to Deadpool 2 in some aspects, though.

It was terrible. Not a single character felt like the character they were supposed to be. It was basically Madame Web.

Gunn, he makes his own characters that are stupid and silly and doesn’t respect the source

Unfortunately most DC Comics/Marvel shows and movies don’t respect the source material anymore.

That's okay, as long as they tell a good story. DCEU movies didn't.

Like the detachable kid is obviously arm fall off boy or “splitter” as he calls himself now and how is matter water lad in the modern timeline, it’s what I’m afraid of for the dcu, James Gunn says he respects the source material but then he’s juts gonna James gunnify the dc characters and dc comics will try to make the comics more dcu like how marvel is doing with their comics

Also I feel like the dcu is gonna juts be James Gunn dc, and that’s not a good thing, cause I don’t imagine superman or Batman with pop songs
