For comics I’d say post Crisis, For all seasons, and Secret Identity (if that counts).

They’re not on here but two of my favorite versions are silver and golden age Superman, Golden-Age is the classic Superman and Silver-Age is one of the most powerful versions of Superman.

Post-Crisis/Rebirth Superman (1986-present).

I don't know that I could pick a favorite incarnation of the character, to be honest. I will at least say that the New 52 version has my favorite Superman suit, though.
