Long Shadow was an update of Apache Chief, who's been adapted into the main continuity as Manitou Raven.

@ScavengerOne There was a Dr. Wells in the Flash TV Special too. Maybe this is where the inspiration came from?

I defend the unofficial position that Artemis, like Jinx in Teen Titans cartoon (as @N8THGR852 convinced me) is sufficiently different from her comic counterpart to be considered an original character.
