Bizarro-Superman (Earth 29)

<p>Alright Multiversity is in full swing and on Earth 29 there is an Earth called Htrae or Bizarro world. (Based off the old pre New 52 Bizaro world) There is character called Bizarro-Superman, and on Earth 0 (New 52) there was or is a Bizzaro created by Lex Luthor. So my question is, is Bizarro from Earth 0 the same as the Superman-Bizarro from Earth 29? </p>
