Captain Boomerang

<p>Hello everyone, </p><p>I was wondering about the identity of the Prime Earth's Captain Boomerang. He is listed as George Harkness, but in Suicide Squad Vol 4 27, during his flashback/origin, his aborigine mother calls him "Owen". </p><p>I am not very familiar with the New Earth character, but is it enough ground to deduce that he is Owen Mercer, who would have somehow skipped a generation, or a slip from Matt Kindt ? </p>
