Why is Catwoman still listed here as a villain? She has not been listed as bad for around 20 years, I would say it time she migrate over to her husbands side and be a hero with batman.

I can't recognize this costume, need to know so I can decide what universe it's from. It's not something I have seen before, nor one I can find about on the internet. The image below is from Catwoman 80th anniversary special. If someone knows, inform me.
Catwoman origins have changed in Catwoman Vol 5 21. In New 52, her father was a don who was jailed and she ended up in orphanages abandoned. Now it's back to New Earth. Her father was a usless drunk (oddly similar to Brian Kyle), her mother commited suicide.
Can anyone confirm if I'm right that the origins in Vol 5 21 is different from here New 52 origins? I think I am right it's different.
I don't know if she'll actually bear a child or it's just an alternate future. Could be 5G but I believe it's likely for the Catwoman Special because Bat/Cat is still being drawn or written and the artist doesn't look like the one on BatCat. Could still be wrong.
That said honestly I'm not bothered about any baby or Catwoman especially since King bored my skull with their "romance"/"I'm a sad sack without you Selina" arc. Honestly she should be in jail, not like she hasn't stopped robbing or keeping robbed things with her despite Batman trying to improve her. But I do hope some other writer can improve on their relationship
But my main gripe is that King's arc never felt convincing and somehow she's supposed to be more important than the Bat-Family who has stood by him far more even if they detest him at times. I'd much rather prefer a Batman Beyond-style Bruce who's confident and places Gotham over himself rather than King's Bruce. Tbh I doubt Bruce and Selina are worth being good parents, especially Bruce.
DC took off Tom King's run 'til the issue 85 and now we have this recent news about him on a new run that will continue with Batman's romance with Catwoman.
Do you still think that Tom King should have ended his run. What do you think about having a new run with Tom King as the writer and with the romance of this two?
And in addition, with one, if not the best, artist in DC comics (Clay Mann)
