Doomsday (New Earth)

Given when Zod was revived in Batman Vs Superman Dawn of justice as a baby Doomsday why Did Superman not undergo a similar evolution, how did Darkseid create doomsday in DCAMU's continuity in The death of superman?

Here's my working theory on how I think these things came to be.

Zod was created via the genesis chamber, Superman in the current continuity of movies was also created via the genesis chamber and was very carefully revived via the same chamber.

The genesis chamber was created via the technology used by the Bertron to create doomsday. given the technology was likely directly adapted from this tech the DNA of the last stage of doomsday would likely end up as something like mitochondrial DNA and does not propagate because the embryo is formed around it...biology 1 board the heck out of me so that as much as I can explain.

So way back in Justice league war, Darkseid acquired superman DNA likely via skin cells he likely found this insert and decided to see what would be created from it, thus doomsday was cloned. Zod became a baby doomsday because the rebirth prosses of the Justice league movieverse may have instead doomsday DNA as junk DNA and the rebirth prosses caused the activation protocol for doomsday genetic memory causing Zod's mutation.

However, because it is clearly stated in Man of Steel stated Superman was the First natural-born Kryptonian in...i forget the number of years, Kal-El does not have the genetic insert at all thus did not have doomsday genetic memory so he was revived without the mutation prosses starting.

As to why superman of New earth did not become a second doomsday the simple explanation is the Kryptonian Regeneration Matrix is it took six months to revive superman because the regeneration matrix was programmed to prevent the activation of the genetic memory of doomsday.
