I'm looking to buy collections of stories from Superman's Pal Jimmy Olsen. I've been doing research on Showcase Presents: Superman Family, Jimmy Olsen: Adventures by Jack Kirby, and Jack Kirby's Fourth World Omnibus. Are any of those collections in full color? If so, which ones are in color?
So who would you guys cast a jimmy olsen for the movies or even the tv shows (i dislike the supergirl one mostly because he doesnt seem to act like jimmy at all they are the same in name only IMHO maybe its just me)
A new character was introduced in season three’s premiere of Black Lightning, a reporter named Jamillah Olsen. This seems like a direct reference, if not an adaptation of Jimmy Olsen. For the most part, I don’t mind gender or race bending characters to fit a 2019 audience, but some characters are already good as they are. Jimmy being portrayed as a black female feels really off to me, what are your opinions? (This wouldn’t be the first time the character was gay, so I don’t mind that really)
