Mister Freeze

Should the mr freeze new earth page be split into a erath one page an a new earth page? i can find no indication that it if it is a carry over from the old multiverse that it could also be the earth two one. also the earth one and new earth versions have very different backstories.

we all know that most of DC's villains are just pure evil,but some might be just be misunderstood. To me I don't really consider Mr Freeze a villain,

Mr Freeze just wants to cure his wife by any means necessary and will stop anyone who tries to stop him. so what DC villain do you not really consider a villain or is misunderstood?
