Negative Speed Force

Apparently there are seven cosmic forces in the DC universe/ Multiverse, the ones I have heard of are as follows:

Speed Force

Negative Speed Force

Sage Force

Strength Force

Still Force

Forever Force

What is the seventh Force?

I found this on The Flash wiki, I don't know if it's a verified wiki but i'd like to know who this is.

He's the one in the silver with what I presume is the Negative Speed Force.
