Hey y’all so i read up that perpetua made the martian and human race merge to become the apex predators that were super powerful but would it be the same if a human and martian were to have a child together would that basically be the same thing?

I haven't read the first issue yet, but based on the news I read it takes place on "Earth-Prime" which Perpetua had condensed the whole multiverse to. Is it the same one as Superboy Prime's home or just a universe with similar name created by Perpetua?

Is Perpetua the most powerful being in the Omniverse (as described in her entry)? Meaning as powerful as the Presence?
