Speed Force

Where has it been shown or said that The Speed Force (Arrowverse) used Music Meister as its avatar?

Nearly everyone on Planet Earth knows about The Flash: The Fastest Man Alive, and the same fact applies for Reverse Flash who is from the Negative Speed Force, as well as for Professor Zoom who can manipulate time due to his speed allowing him to slip in and out of any time stream. However, that is not the main topic that is on my mind, and I will also be excluding both Bizarro Flash and the Emperor Joker Universe Flash. As usual, I have some interesting questions for this topic, and it is up to DC Comics Fans and Flash Fans to help me answer those questions.

Here are the questions:

1) Is there a Slowster and/or Slowpoke, who moves so slowly that he moves by an inch every three minutes or more?

And if so,

2) Does he talk and speak like this ("IIIII.......... aaaaaaaaaaammmmmm............ theeeeeee............... sloooooowwwwweeeeeeeeeest............... maaaaaaan............ aaaaaalive....................".)?

3) What universe would this Slow Flash come from?

4) Would he be an ally or enemy of The Flash?

And Finally,

5) Who would be the arch nemesis of this Slow Flash?

It would be interesting to see a Slow Flash, as that will present a whole new range of challenges to The Speed Force, and even The Justice League would have to figure out what to do with this Slow Flash.

But what do DC Comics Fans and Flash Fans think of this idea?

Would DC Comics create a Slow Flash in the near future?

I'm just asking as I'm not well versed on comics but I've heard flash fans say the speed force protects him and people he touches from the damages his speed would cause but dceu and arrowverse his clothes burn and has to slow down when carrying normal people. Also if the speed force is limitless energy why does he need to eat alot to maintain his powers can't he just rely off the speed force like how superman doesn't need to eat because of the sun

I know that in the comics, with the speed force, the Flash can run so fast that he is capable of time travel. but I was wondering, does like a portal form when he does that?

I heard that in the Flash show that time portals can form when the flash or speedsters do that.

Asking as a favor for those who are well versed in the comic versions?

Where is the speed force, I know it's beyond the multiverse and such, but where exactly? There are multiple planes beyond the multiverse, but where is the speed force located?

Wally West's children Jai and Irey inherited the Speed Force like their father, but Irey has super speed and Jai has super strength, so does this mean the Speed Force grant super strength like Jai West?

I am a casual DC fam but the speed force confuses me. I know it's what all the speedsters get their powers from but how does it work ? It's seems wacky to me.

If the Indigo Lantern Rings can emulate and use the other colors of the spectrum by absorbing/being near them, as well as absorb energy like the other Rings, shouldn't they be able to combine those two abilities to emulate more than just the Emotional Spectrum? Like, for example, by absorbing some Speed Force energy, shouldn't they be able to mimic the powers of the Speed Force?

Here I am again with yet another Flash question. I have watched through all of the Arrowverse Flash seasons and one power the Flash has shown time and time again is his lightning throw. However, in both Justice League Action and Justice League, the Speed Force doesn’t seem to be an electrical aura. Instead, the speed force looks more like a blurr of the colors he is wearing. So can most variations of the Flash even do lightning throw or is that just a CW exclusive?
