William Hand (New Earth)

<p>You guys know how after Blackest Night (and I'm not implying as in directly after Blackest Night), William Hand jumped off a cliff, and was ressurected by a Black Lantern Power Ring? Does anyone else think that that implies the eventual return of The Black Lanterns (and possibly Nekron)? What do you all think? </p>
