Sometimes you have to ignore comic inaccuracies and judge the movie on its own merits. Like Hugh Jackman as Wolverine.

Besides, at least BoP didn’t give us a generic “end of the world” threat like every other superhero movie (like SS). They kept the stakes at a more relatable level.
