Have read the Elongated Man/Plastic Man story as well, it was that they wanted to use Plas but didn't know they had the rights to him, so they created Ralph Dibny before finding out that it wasn't needed. At least Ralph had a pretty damn slid run as a character

Also yeah, I can definitely see YJ Sportsmaster being more Deathstroke and less Sportsmaster, especially given how he was set up as a character and how he was rivals with a team of teenage superheroes

Hush is prolly one of my most hated villains, and Batman: Hush is a bit rubbish. Think Paul Dini's Heart of Hush is the only decent use of this character ever. Prometheus the superior reverse Batman by far

Batman and Robin, for all it's faults, can definitely fall in so bad it's good territory. It's a fun time. Joker 2 is just such a boring movie, with some of the worst pacing I'e ever seen in terms of how they implement the musical aspects. So I agree with you

Really dig the Morrison take more than the rest because I loved he variety in terms of both original members being there but also legacy players who try to fit in. Have to give a shout to Justice League International tho, which seems to be missing

For starters, I want to add how much I fucked with the final JLoA roster during Robinson's tenure. Although I prefered the McDuffie run, the roster of Dick, Donna, Jessie Quick, Jade, Supergirl, Congorilla and Starman felt so fresh and cool to me. Really wish it had lasted longer. Also Doctor Impossible was a villain I really dug and wish was brought back/not forgotten/elaborated on

Now on the subject of new members, I've had some ideas over the years. Harley Quinn has been redeemed for so many years now and is the last true DC character to go mainstream, and for that I think that her maybe having a trial run on the League wouldn't be the worst idea ever. A lot of characters who started as or have been villains (ex. Major Disaster, Hal Jordan post-Parallax, Killer Frost, Star Sapphire) have joined versions of the League over the years, and I think Harley should become one of them, especially given how she's become a close ally of Batman over time, like during the Joker War for example. And on the subject of Bat-related characters, I would really enjoy seeing someone from Batman Incorporated join the Justice League (or a potential JLI), with my favorite choice for that being Jiro Osamu. Other characters I'd like to see include a bunch of Wildstorm characters, especially Caitlin Fairchild, since I feel she is the ideal character to preserve in order for the legacy of pre-Authority Wildstorm to stay alive. But, maybe more obscure choices like Flint could work as well.

I gotta tap into Conway's Infinity Inc. at some point because it seems like my shit, but man, for now I must go with Earth-2 from the New 52. What a cool ass comic man, one of the first DC series that I started following week to week and I loved it like crazy

The Shadowpact stuff is honestly pretty damn great, like fuck yeah I'd really dig any one of them getting the spotlight. But, Bushido from the 2003 Teen Titans run is my all time biggest wasted potential character, so I have to go with him

I dug it. Didn't land as much as TSS and Peacemaker imo, but it was decent and had some very funny moments. The ending was tragic yet great, and the whole show felt honest in a way I really appreciated. Hope we get more Doctor Phosphorus action (maybe some in live action as well preferably), maybe interactions with the Atomic Skull or linking him to the Powers' corp would be fun if they planned on adapting them as well

Maxwell Lord was a piece of shit, but he shouldn't have been retconned to have been evil all along. Turning evil over the years is a great evolution for the guy, but he shouldn't have always been comically evil and keeping the League ''incompetent'' on purpose was a bullshit ass retcon

I remember and was quite invested in the Leviathan saga, but that was quite a few years ago. Wonder which agencies have popped up since then. Remember D.E.O's Cameron Chase appearing post the Leviathan saga in that Deathstroke/Batman/Robin crossover event (was that Shadow War?)

I would like to add that yes, I have checked the wiki, trying to understand what is happening. But I felt that my understanding is vague enough and still has a lot of holes, so I'd appreciate having some takes on DC's spy world by people who've read the books (like N8 who's read all of The New 52 for example) instead of guys like me who've just skimed the wiki
