In Gotham Central, some cops complain of how the system is corrupt and how villains never get the death penalty despite the horrible things they did. Instead, they are declared insane and thrown into Arkham.

In A Serious House on a Serious Earth, Batman says that Arkham was never meant to be a prison. “The building is too old and it was constructed like a maze. Way too many secret passageways to keep count and the villains are already used to the place” (I'm writing out of memory, haven't read these two in quite some time)

Sometimes I boot it up just to explore the cities and try to find the audio logs. Booster Gold's missions are my favorite ones. The rest of the game is dull imo
