Hey everyone. What are your favorite stories starring or featuring Wildcat?
Hey everyone. What are your favorite stories starring or featuring Wildcat?
Thinking about going through the best stories of each individual member of the Bat Family and I figured I'd start with Kate Kane.
Any recommendations would be appreciated.
I haven't seen the movie yet, but I found out Patty Jenkins directed WW and WW '84 but only wrote for '84. Could that be a possible reason for the drop in quality and a sign of things to come for future projects?
Hello all. It's me, occasional poster/commenter, long time lurker. Just wanted to get some other thoughts on this.
Looking at what happened after Joker War, I don't see these changes sticking for too long. I see this going for a few months and then everything will be back to the normal status quo.
There'll be a big story event or retcon and all will be well again. I hope Ghost Maker sticks around for a bit but yeah, that's just me.
BTW, huge Batman fan here and I'm always supportive of good change, I just got this nagging feeling that this whole event was kind of unnecessary.
@Tupka217 That's what figured, thanks for the response.
And yes, I also found that annoying. The last person who did that I told them to name four abd got no response.
I have to admit though I like the character I've never really taken the time to read her material. I constantly see in discussions how WW doesn't have a significant rogue's gallery because she kills her villains.
So other than Maxwell Lord and an occasional demon, God, or Demi-God, who of note has Diana killed in battle?
This is looking like a rental at the moment.
I remember skimming through the first few issues way back and not liking it. But as I read more she actually improved and made the role her own IMO. Plus the dynamic between her and Oracle was good too. What are your thoughts? I don't know the general consensus so maybe I'm alone in feeling this way.
Amazon Kindle app is good for graphic novels. Not so sure about newer single issues.
Many heroes and villains have had their names and/or costumes used by multiple people. Pick any that come to mind and state who was the best version.
Renee Montoya is cool and all, but Vic Sage is and always will be The Question IMO. Can we get a Kryptonian to punch another hole in reality and bring Sage back to life?
@Tupka
I never actually said the story has to belong to said character. And yes, they are.
Alrighty true believers. Take any DC character, favorite or otherwise, and list one or more books or stories that handled them well (favorable) and one or more books or stories that handled them poorly (unlikable).

I get what you're saying. I personally found him interesting and figured his character could've been fleshed out more and been made a more prominent GA villain.
Other than New Earth Green Arrow vol 3 are there any other arcs he's been involved in?
Also, as skilled as he is why hasn't he been featured more? Some of his feats make him look comparable to fighters like Shiva and Richard Dragon.
He's already been approached by a yellow lantern ring, might as well go ahead with that.
I can see them making Harley the main focus of the movie.
As for this possible choice of actress for Cassandra, I think she's fit the face for it. But if she's doing any fight scenes I hope she's got some martial training.
OG Batman
I was referring what Mekton said. I forgot to @.
I thought that's what The Question was for.
Hey, if Deathstroke can stop her with a gut punch (that's right, I'm going there) why can't Bats?
