I remember reading a comic where a young Bruce Wayne was praying, so Batman's not an atheist.

I'm willing Pattinson a chance. He was in Harry Potter before Twilight plus he's also come out and said he hates Twilight, so maybe he's a cool guy now. Maybe he'll be the best Batman since Michael Keaton who was also criticized when he was first cast.
