No, not really. The suicide Squad version of her isn't really her but the Bird of prey version is really Harley Quinn and is AMAZING! That version is SO not overrated and can really make an amazing story!
@Anotherbatmanfan How is Harley overrated? She is one of the most underrated characters, no one takes her as serious as the Joker because they see her as a stupid girl pining after someone who some people think will never love her.
