The most obvious way to defeat Atrocitus would be to use a Blue ring (coz it cancels emotional ring abilities) or a Violet ring (because it is powered by love, which is on the opposite end of the electromagnetic emotional spectrum). However, at least in my opinion, Batman doent really have a strong connection to either emotion, thus making the ring quite weak.

But, it is known that Bruce Wayne can be prone to violent rages, meaning that if he channeled the power of everything terrible that happened to him (stuff like his parents murder, jason todd's death) he might be able to use a Red lantern ring. This would put on almost even footing with Atrocitus.

It is possible that if Batman uses this ring to its full extent, combined with his various fighting skills, he might be able to take down the Red Lantern Leader.

@Leostales Kryptonians are invulnerable, but when they fight they can harm eachother. It is probably the same in this case.
