What is this wiki
Superman fans cannot agree on anything. ANYTHING.
Believe me, I know what I am talking about. After all, I am one.
Kal-El or Clark Kent? Is Krypton important or irrelevant? Should Superman be a planet-destroyer or be severely limited? Superboy, yes or not? Legion, yes or not? Kara Zor-El is a good, important character or she should be dead and forgotten? Is Krypto stupid or endearing? Clark and Lex meeting when they were teenagers and Clark being accidentally responsible for Lex's downfall is interesting or stupid? The Kents, living or dead? Clark and Lois, married or not? Pre-Crisis, Post-Crisis or New 52? Super-Breath, yes or not?
Superman fans argue and bicker about each and every aspect of the mythos, no matter how tiny... except for one thing. Superman is Clark Kent. THAT was something everyone agreed on...
... until now.
DC is heavily pushing Jon as the newer Superman. Hence, if they succeed, Superman is going to be a legacy mantle.
So what, you ask? Given the precedent set by fandoms like Flash or Green Lantern, the fandom will be torn apart further by "Who is the real Superman? Who SHOULD be Superman? My Superman is better than yours! Mine is cooler and more modern! Mine is classic and enduring!" arguments.
Boy, this will be fun. And by fun I mean horrible, tiresome and frustrating.
Seems interesting! I'm loving the focus on Connor and Cass... although I'm a bit confused as to why Cass is Batgirl. Was that a development in Infinite Frontier or are they just taking a non-linear approach to continuity? And Connor Hawke is only a developed character in New Earth, so how is he going to interact with New Super-Man, a character created in Prime Earth? Oh, and Emi's story sounds, uh, not super promising so that's a bit disappointing
So, that we're not getting a Trench movie isn't that bad, that spin-off never made sense to me. But it's a shame we won't see New Gods. After how poorly they were treated in JL and ZSJL, I had hoped this would have explored the lore. From the sounds of it, it would've been a Miracle/Barda story.
I know I know, I’m the only one that watches, blah blah blah, but thoughts?
Also anyone else see her on Krypton?
I wanted to draw your attention to a 2 week quality of life bug fixing project we’re undertaking as we work through a ton of great feedback we got about the new unified experience we unveiled at Community Connect last weekend. This work will focus on bugs which haven’t risen to critical fix levels while the engineering teams have been heads down on the unified experience work, like features not quite working the way they’re intended or the way they used to on the legacy platform.
You can read more about it this blog, but what I’m specifically reaching out about is seeing if you have any particular bugs that are really annoying but not site breaking and may have not been reported yet. We have an opportunity to get bugs like that triaged and incorporated into this project, so if that’s the case, please include below the following to help us work on these issues:
Describe the bug in as much detail as possible
What browser are you using?
Which editor are you using? Visual editor - source mode (otherwise known as 2017 editor)? Source editor (otherwise known as 2010 editor)? Visual editor? You can check your Preferences if you are unsure of which
Did this happen on mobile or desktop?
Importantly, please include detailed steps to reproduce the problem such as screenshots, links, videos etc - these are super useful
Please note this is for bugs on the site, rather than content issues on the wiki.
This is your opportunity to get a quick fix to everyday annoyances while the teams are in full bug squashing mode, so let me know quickly!
Mia can be found in the top-left of the cover and Connor in the bottom-right.
Solicit information reads as follows:
"Time to dust off your Boxing Glove arrow, fire up the Arrowcar and join DC in celebrating eight decades of emerald excellence! On June 29, the Green Arrow 80th Anniversary 100-Page Super Spectacular #1 brings together some of comics’ greatest storytellers to pay tribute to Green Arrow’s legacy and the heroes and villains that have fought aside and against him.
Since his first appearance in More Fun Comics #73 in 1941, Oliver Queen, a.k.a. the Green Arrow has been one of the premier (and loudest) characters in the DCU, always at the forefront of where the super hero genre is headed as the eternal champion of the underdog. This over-sized anniversary issue follows in those footsteps, combining an all-star line-up of Green Arrow storytelling legends such as Mike Grell, Jeff Lemire, Phil Hester, Otto Schmidt, Ben Percy, Tom Taylor, and Devin Grayson alongside new Green Arrow contributors, including Stephanie Phillips, Mariko Tamaki, Ram V, Vita Ayala, Nicola Scott, Chris Mitten, Laura Braga, Max Fiumara, Brandon Thomas and others to pay homage not just to the Battling Bowman, but Ollie’s partner-in-crime fighting Black Canary, **Connor Hawke**, Arsenal, Red Arrow, **Speedy**, Onomatopoeia, Count Vertigo and more!
Featuring a breathtaking cover by Detective Comics artist Dan Mora, this can’t- miss collectible will also feature an incredible selection of 'decade' variant covers, courtesy of some of the best artists in the business."

Michelle Gomez has been cast as the elastic villain Madame Rouge for Doom Patrol’s third season. This seemingly sets up The Brotherhood of Evil as the antagonists for season 3. This development exites me greatly and has me further anticipating the return of Doom Patrol!
Sasha Calle is set to debut as Kara Zor-El in Ezra Miller's upcoming Flash movie.
Feast your eyes on these dope as f**k images from James Gunn's The Suicide Squad!!! Peacemaker's words, not mine:
This movie's gonna be the BEST THING EVER!!!
Despite being a Barbara fan, I honestly couldn't care less since it's Titans, but it's cool she's getting mainstream representation. We still need that Batgirl movie
I had no idea this was even happening, but I guess it's cool. Does anyone know if they've released any details about the plot?
