O Superciborgue (também conhecido como Superman Ciborgue, ou no original, Cyborg Superman), também chamado de "Ciborgue", é um antagonista do Superman com um corpo robótico projetado usando tecnologia e genética kryptoniana. Culpa o Superman pela morte de sua esposa, Terri Henshaw, e jurou vingança, chegando a se passar pelo kryptoniano durante O Retorno do Superman. Em sua capacidade como Grão-Mestre, atua como antagonista do Lanterna Verde e da Tropa dos Lanternas Verdes. O maior desejo de Henshaw é morrer, embora devido à sua fisiologia isso possa ser impossível. Na continuidade dos Novos 52, o Superciborgue foi o pai da Supergirl, Zor-El por um tempo, até que Hank Henshaw - anteriormente um cientista comum - se tornou novamente o Superciborgue. Ele já foi membro da Tropa dos Lanternas Alfa, dos Caçadores Cósmicos, da Tropa Sinestro e do Esquadrão Suicida.
Superciborgue foi criado por Dan Jurgens, aparecendo pela primeira vez em As Aventuras do Superman #500 (1993).
