Étienne was Joseph Wilson's fiancé.
History
Sent by Amanda Waller to get close to Joseph in order to keep an eye on Slade she met Rose Wilson in Los Angeles after Rose's adventure with her father and they talked about her relationship with Deathstroke, she then followed her to a chinese restaurant and berated Rose for the way she treated her half-brother.[1]
She was also responsible for comunicating to Hosun that he was actually working for Deathstroke[2] but was exposed as a spy by Rose who found a recording device in their home.[3]
To make things worse she was also having an affair with Joseph's father, Slade.[4]
After Waller found out about the marriage she ordered her to end the mission and go away but Slade interjected and threatened Waller that he would kill her if she didn't left Joseph alone.[5]
During her conversation with Waller Étienne found out about Joseph affair with Dr. Ikon and after confronting Joseph about it she revealed to him that she was sleeping with his father.[6]
Despite all this problems she still prepared for the wedding but was killed by Willow a few hours before the ceremony.[6]
