1013 Parkthorne Avenue was a brownstone in Bludhaven.
History
During his time in the city, Dick Grayson rented the third floor apartment 3A, and converted apartment 3B (rented under the name "Dr. Fledermaus") into a base of operations.
It was eventually destroyed by KGBeast, who had been hired by Blockbuster to kill Dick. KGBeast blew up the building with a predator drone strike to ensure Dick was killed.

- Following the "unknotting" of the timeline after the events of Dark Nights: Death Metal, Nightwing is once again the owner of the building.[1]
