1936 was the second year of National Allied Publications and saw the debut of More Fun Comics (Volume 1), formerly New Fun Comics (Volume 1). It continued its features like Jack Woods, Henri Duval, Sandra of the Secret Service and Doctor Occult; its more famous features like the Spectre, Green Arrow and Aquaman would come years later.
