1938 Sullivan Place is the residence of Clark Kent and Lois Lane in Metropolis.
History
The building is owned by Bruce Wayne, who gave the tenancy to Lois and Clark as a wedding present.[1]
The apartment building is located in the uptown section of New Troy. From the window of their apartment, Clark and Lois have a good view of the Metropolis skyline, as well as the city's two most recognizable landmarks, the Daily Planet building and the Lexcorp Tower.
Being the house of Superman, it is provided with security measures, such as a hidden "Pulse-hammer repeller rifle" courtesy of Henry Irons, capable of staggering an O.M.A.C. cyborg. The bathroom also works as a panic room, if necessary it can lower special protective plates designed by Superman himself, which can withstand the blast of a small to medium nuclear weapon, they were capable of protecting Lois Lane from the powerful punches of the O.M.A.C. cyborg for several minutes.[2]
The house also has a J.L.A. teleporter tweaked and improved by Superman, which is used as a gateway to the Fortress of Solitude.[3]
