The Accomplished Perfect Physician is a Chinese super-functionary who can channel powers through his voice. He also has an analytical mind and is a skilled diplomat and investigator. Though he fights for the Tibetan cause, he was a member of the state sponsored Great Ten and its successor, the Great Twenty. Nonetheless, he has rivalries with his teammates August General in Iron and Socialist Red Guardsman over their views on Tibet and politics, respectively.
The Accomplished Perfect Physician was created by Grant Morrison and J.G. Jones, first appearing in 52 #6 (2006).
