Naomi McDuffie has no idea how to control her powers. Even flying is a huge challenge for her. Still, she needs help on how to control her powers, which is why she has travelled to Metropolis, to get help from the best hero of them all: Superman.
As fate would have it, Superman stumbles upon the crater Naomi just made outside the Daily Planet. Her biological parents sent her to Earth-0 before being killed by Zumbado, who has taken an interest in the new world Naomi lives in. However, as the heroes show her a map of the Multiverse so she can identify her homeworld, she finds herself unable to do so, as she has never seen a map of the Multiverse before.
Superman cannot stay with Naomi for long, however, as his super hearing picks up a sound and he goes to investigate.
