Synopsis for Zatara: "Mimic's Magic"
Zatara's next-door neighbors have a parrot, which one day starts randomly creating backwards-talking magic effects, some of them quite dangerous. Zatara creates several equally-spectacular magic effects, in neutralizing these threats, while he figures out what's going on. By enabling a dinosaur to talk and asking it questions, he gets to the truth of the matter, and visits the parrot. The bird randomly sends Zatara to the bottom of the ocean, where he can't speak, but Zatara, as usual, is wearing a big top hat, which contains a bubble of air, so he gets himself out of that jam, then returns and magically de-powers the parrot.
